Vince Vollaro

Vince Vollaro is approaching 15 years of experience in the field. It’s been his privilege to grow alongside the individuals he feels blessed to worked with. He started his journey as a Direct Support Professional at 18 years old. From those early days, he developed a deep passion for assisting individuals to thrive within their own life, and that passion has guided his career every step of the way. Throughout his career, he’s gained extensive experience in behavioral support, with a heavy focus on Positive Behavioral Support. He believes strongly in fostering environments where respect, dignity, and understanding are at the forefront, and where individuals are empowered to make positive choices and achieve their personal goals. His work experiences have shaped how he’s approached everything in his life—from creating supportive environments to developing individualized plans that emphasize growth and self-determination. He loves assisting people become their best version of themselves.
