Quincy Davis

Quincy brings more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona. Beginning as a Direct Support Professional, Quincy provided in-home, community-based, and program services, including attendant care, habilitation, respite, and day program supports for individuals of all ages.

Throughout a diverse career spanning youth and adult services, Quincy has worked closely with individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs while partnering with families and caregivers to ensure meaningful, person-centered support. Quincy then served as a Youth Program Manager and HCBS Coordinator, overseeing services for youth ages 4 to 22. Later, spending more than five years leading Adult Day Programs focused on community involvement, socialization, independence, and personal growth.

Known for leading with his heart and wearing it on his sleeve, Quincy approaches every individual and family with compassion, kindness, empathy, and genuine care. Advocating for the developmental disability community isn’t just a career, it’s his calling. This community is Quincy’s WHY. Helping individuals find their voice, achieve their goals, build meaningful relationships, and actively engage in their communities is what drives the passion behind everything Quincy does.

Now, as the Home & Community-Based Services & Operations Manager, Quincy is excited to continue the work that has always been his passion and purpose. He remains dedicated to leading with kindness, compassion, and advocacy while supporting individuals, families, and staff in creating opportunities for growth, independence, and success. Quincy believes every individual deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and empowered to live their best life.
