Quincy Davis

Quincy Davis has over 13 years of experience as a DDD Direct Care Worker in special needs services and a 7-year background as a DDD DTA program Manager. He spent a school year working with K-12 providing ABA services. He’s most passionate about decreasing challenging behaviors, increasing independence, and overall quality of life. He is eager to use the experience he has gathered to better serve the families in this community here at EAS . Quincy is excited to cultivate an environment that increases peer engagement, finds appropriate replacements for challenging behaviors, and increases independence. His goal is to be an asset to the community, to empower others, and to help them become the best versions of themself.

He has two wonderful fur babies that are “His boys”. Max is 4, he is the Golden retriever and Cooper is 11, he is the Rottweiler. They cannot spend a moment without one another. Quincy and his wife love to travel and have been to 4 out of the 7 continents.
