David Massie

David Massie joined the Empowered Adult Services Team in spring 2026. Before joining EAS, he worked in business support roles for several nonprofit organizations and spent two years teaching junior high students in Phoenix, Ariz. That combination gives him something special: the practical skills to keep a business running smoothly, paired with a genuine love for the people it serves. He also holds a master’s degree in strategic leadership, which comes in handy as EAS works toward the bright future ahead.

Since joining, David’s favorite part of the job is the opportunity to meet the members he serves. He appreciates that EAS puts its members first, and their enthusiasm continually inspires his passion for the organization’s mission.
