Making a difference

As a Direct Care Worker you are not only working at a job, you are making a difference in our members’ lives by being a mentor and a guide in our day program. In order to be successful as a member of our staff, you must be willing to go above and beyond, be passionate about what you are doing, and have a patient and kind heart. Your hard work will be well worth the effort when you see the members’ happy faces, and their expressions when they achieve something for the first time because of the help and support you provided. These are the moments that matter and are priceless.
